【2026年4月】Teamsでチャネルが意図せず非表示になる不具合(正常化済)

2026年3月から4月にかけてTeamsでチャネルが意図せずに非表示になる不具合が一部ユーザーで発生しているとマイクロソフトが報告しましたね。そこで解説します。

お気に入りフォルダやセクションにチャネルをコピーして整理しようとすると非表示になる不具合

一部のユーザーにだけ発生したようですが、お気に入りフォルダやセクションにチャネルのショートカットを作って整理しようとするとそのチャネルが非表示になる不具合だそうです。

現在は、この不具合は解消されているそうです。

万が一、再び発生している人がいた場合は緊急的な対処方法としては
全てのチャネルを表示→該当するチャネルの横にある表示ボタンをクリック
で解消するそうです。ただ、恒久的な対策はマイクロソフトがバグを修正するしかないのでマイクロソフトに報告することを忘れずに。

Users may have been unable to move channels into folders such as
favorites or sections. Additionally, affected users may have seen channels
become hidden when attempting to move them.

To unhide affected channels, users can navigate to Teams, See all channels. Find
the hidden channel and select ‘Show’. If another attempt was made to move the
channel into a folder or section, it may have become hidden again.
